E-J HR Consulting is owned & managed by E-J the founder/owner of E-J HR Consulting. E-J is a senior people management professional with significant experience of delivering strategically aligned people management solutions that are operationally and organisationally appropriate. Her passion is to partner with leaders and leadership teams to help them reflect on their own performance and leadership to be the best leaders they can be (individually and collectively). She helps them take a strategic approach to people management, in order to ensure focus on and delivery of their strategic goals. She happy to be a critical friend to leadership teams to create an organisational culture and values of belonging based on diversity, equity and in inclusion. She will help them focus on reducing employee relations distractions and managing risk proactively by putting good systems and processes in place and providing clarity around roles, responsibilities and accountabilities.

E-J has extensive knowledge of management, head office and divisional level recruitment, assessment centre management, leadership & management development and coaching, as well as significant HR operations experience.

E-J HR Consulting aims to provide people management to organisations who are vested in delivering business strategy through their people, wherever they are on that journey, be they start ups, SMEs or in a larger organisational context.
